About Tim Boleman

Born and raised in Gainesville, Georgia, Tim completed High School at Gainesville High and attended North Georgia College and Gainesville College. While earning a degree in Business Administration he realized that and Engineering Degree was what he really wanted. Tim Decided southern Technical Institute was the best school for him and earned a degree in Civil Engineering Technology in 1983.

While attending school at Southern Tech he was employed by the Georgia Department of Transportation as a Field Engineer and Automated Logic as a Draftsman (Pre-CAD). Upon graduation from southern Tech worked as a Project Manager with Cardinal Industries. During his employment at Cardinal, he successfully managed and completed several large scale projects in the Metro Atlanta area.

Tim is an active member of his church and is active in the community. He is married to the former Jennifer Brock, a 1984 Georgia grad, who works as an interior designer with her family owned business. The Bolemans have three children, Brock, Nicholas and Olivia.

About Phil Boleman

Phil attended South Hall High School and Truett McConnell College and Gainesville College where he studied Music and Business Administration.

Phil has been active in the construction industry since 1968 and in 1972 formed Phil Boleman & Associates – Residential and Commercial Projects.

In 1986 Phil teamed with his brother Tim Boleman to form Boleman Contractors. The company began as a commercial construction company that focused primarily on military facilities, schools, libraries and senior citizen centers. The company continued its successful growth adding divisions for CustomBuilt homes, Subdivision Development and FineCraft Renovations.

Phil and Tim also formed Boleman Properties in 1988 which specialized in Land Development and Income Properties.

Phil is active in the community and his church where he is involved in serving through the music department. He is married to the former Susie Kenney and has four daughters, Tiffany, Liza, Susannah and Syndey.
